At Serenité Skin Care, your satisfaction is our priority. We craft every product with care using natural, organic ingredients. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a transparent and fair refund and return policy outlined below:
✅ Returns Policy
- Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
- If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily replace it or issue a refund.
- Requests for return must be made within 3 days of delivery along with valid photo/video proof.
🔄 Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be processed if:
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
- You received a wrong item (not matching your order).
- The package is lost in transit and not delivered.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for reasons like dislike of scent, texture, or minor color variation since our products are handmade and natural.
📝 How to Request a Refund

- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and assist accordingly.
💳 Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- In case of COD orders, we may require your bank details for direct transfer.
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases
- Opened or used products (except defective or damaged items)
- Delays caused by courier partners once the product is dispatched
- Customer-provided incorrect delivery address
📦 Replacement Policy
If eligible, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost. In rare cases, we may issue a store credit or discount coupon if a replacement isn’t feasible.

All our products are made with natural ingredients. Please perform a patch test before full use. Serenité Skin Care is not responsible for individual skin reactions.
